Who is eligible for this course?
You must confirm with your court that they accept this Level I 4-Hour Alabama Defensive Driving Course, Young Driver Course, or Level II 8-Hour Non-DUI Course.
Is this a 4-hour course?
There are 2 4-Hour Courses: the Level I 4-Hour Alabama Defensive Driving Course and the Young Driver Course. There is also a Level II 8-Hour Non-DUI Course. You must confirm you are eligible through Jefferson County District Court.
Do I have to take the online traffic school course in one sitting?
No. You can stop and start at your convenience. It is up to you to complete the course by the required date.
Do I need to do anything with my certificate once I complete the course?
You are responsible for downloading the completion certificate and submitting it to your court.
